I actually very rarely get sick. If I do, it's for maybe a day and then I get over it. I've been pretty sick before (flu, whooping cough, bronchitis), but within the last couple years... not much. I have some allergies when the seasons change, but that's dealt with easily enough.
I guess I attribute it to a good diet, plenty of exercise, enough rest, and a good constitution.
Also, I've never been very germaphobic, and have probably exposed myself to a bunch of shit. I hear that can strengthen your immune system more than Lysol will.
Boyfriend gets sick fairly often. He works with kids, and could probably take better care of himself, in terms of diet. Also he has asthma, so that's not doing him any favors. When he does get sick, I make him tea and green smoothies (if he'll let me be around him, that is). I don't know if I've ever caught something he had, though. Maybe once. My immune system does a good job.
When I do get sick, I try to eat as nutritiously as possible, get more rest than I can stand, and --if it's warm enough-- get some sunlight on my skin. Also a multivitamin an krill oil. I try to help my body out as much as possible.
