I use rooftop more than roof, to be honest, but I would say roofs. It's one of those weird idioms.
The real question though, is the plural of milf. Just think about it

There's actually no wrong answer here. But, if you look in your average dictionary, there is no entry for 'rooves' anywhere. It actually comes up as a spelling mistake with spell check. Removing the second o makes it another word altogether.
BUT: Here's what google has to say:
While neither are really wrong, it all lies in personal preference. I like rooves.noun /ro͞of/ /ro͝of/
roofs, plural; rooves, plural

People that use dictionaries to answer a simple question are cheaters. Besides, what the hell are people doing with dictionaries? It's the future. Books are so last century.
Anyway, the plural of "roof" is obviously "roofus." I will use this in a sentence. I put shingles on the roofus of my two homes, so that I wouldn't be the only thing in my life with a case of shingles.
Wouldn't it make more sense to call it a roofcap? After all, a roof is something that caps off the walls of a building.
