So....the Limit Breaks

Without Aura Limit Breaks don't appear often if at all, unless your HP is in critical condition, and it's true, they're harder to unlock since you have to meet certain requirements, collecting right magazines, items and such.

Just thought it might be worth mentioning, magazines arnt required to make the weapons
most ultimate weapons can be created on the first disc.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's possible to get every character's ultimate weapon, with the exception of Irvine, on disc 1.

Thats correct. Irvines ultimate weapon requires a 'moon stone' which you can get during disc 3.

That's what I thought. Never got his ultimate weapon so I'll keep it in mind to get it during my next playthrough.
