So speaking of mexicans, I played with the first ever deranker in Halo: Reach beta history just a couple of hours ago. He turned out to be legitimately from Mexico, had no mic, and ran around in a ranked match killing his teammates, aka us. After getting booted from killing him, I sent him a message saying "all mexicans go to hell." Aren't I a nice guy?!
