Eh, Rurouni Kenshin... I would like to say that Kenshin is really great, but I thought the last 30 or so episodes, which are about a third of the series, were just horrible. I heard that it was filler, but still, it could have been much better. Without those episodes, it would be great in my opinion, but with those it is only "good." I need to watch the OVAs too. I heard that they are very good, but I've never gotten around to it.

Filler you say, that would explain few things. Same here, the story went downhill after the second season, after Makoto was beaten to be more precise, always got the felling that it should have ended there, guess I was right all along. Though there's one thing I don't understand, why finish it with fillers.

As for OVA's, that something I highly recommend you.

I stooped watching Get Backers after 10-15 episodes, I just couldn't get into it, that and I was short on few episodes. Beginning was really promising, it looked fresh, something new, but later on it became really boring. Maybe I'll continue to watch it, if I ever get the right DvD-s that is.

It was popular, so they wanted to make more money off of it?

Also, from someone who's seen Getbackers, is the story interesting? I was thinking about watching it because it looked kind of cool, but the summary I read didn't look that interesting. Thanks to whoever replies.
