Death SS is pretty good. The best stuff is the stuff recorded by the original line-up in the late 70's and early 80's when Paul Chain was still in the band, but everything up until Heavy Demons is pretty good in my opinion.

I also like Steve Sylvester's solo stuff (I only have Mad Messiah though) and some of Paul Chain's stuff as well. Though there isn't much black metal about either.
