But alright, so there are some that are adapted for water, but I mean ones that can ONLY be in water. Ones that look like fish or eels or something, and even have gills. They'd attack ships and such as they sail by, perhaps even being responsible for "disappearances at sea." I don;t know if such a hollow DOES exist, but I think it'd be prety cool. What about you guys? Possible? Probably? Crackpot idea?

I'm not sure I quite understand your question about Yumichika. Yes, it's quite possible he's homosexual, and it seems he has a thing for Ikkaku, but why do you bring this up? The love life of the characters isn't really the main theme of the show. I mean sure, there's a thing between Ichigo and Rukia, but other than that they don't really go into much detail, givng me the impression that the author says "Not your buisness at the moment." Personally, I could care less about the sexuality of a character. They can love whoever they want. That's not the theme I look for in an anime.
