Why, my dear S, I do believe that dish consists of eggs benedict. However, most dishes of that nature are made with a slice of ham, a poached egg, on top of an english muffin covered with hollandaise sauce. I can see the egg and muffin are there, but the other ingredients to this particular dish have yet to be identified...
