I never found out if getting a question wrong affects it or not. Maybe! But At the end, he gives out prizes according to how much you have correct and he dies! He leaves over 50000Gill but with Millionaire, you get more!

Go into a forest and find him. Then after the fight, press the buttons on the D-PAD really slowly! If done right, you won't see the leaves move in the forest. Keep it up(takes awhile) and you have a really high chance of encountering him again. Make sure you answer his questions correctly and have Quina equipped with the Millionaire ability when you find him for the 17th time. Hah! 17

Ha, the wipes are pretty pants - the light air-brush ones seem to be ok, but I'm too scared to try. I once tried to do a fake tan before I went to bed, and I woke up with streaks all over my face. I was lucky that I managed to scrub them off before school...

Go to Treno and to the Auction House. Buy Rat's Tail, Doga's Artifact, Une's Mirror, and Griffin's Heart. Then go into town and outside the synthesis shop, you'll see a fat guy. Talk to him and when he makes an offer, refuse. Accept the second time, though. Then go inside the synthesis shop and talk to the scholar there. Accept. Then go outside and head down, there's a red mage. Talk to her and refuse first-accept second. Go one screen away then come back. Talk to her again. Do the same. Then go back to the Auction House. Buy Magical Fingertip. Then go to Daguerreo, and to the top floor. Talk to the old man and give him the Magical Fingertip, he'll give you the Excalibur. THE END!
