Hey, I'm back, for the moment. Anyway, gold is gold, female is lighter and male is darker. If you can't tell, just pick it up and remember which one is was and what gender it is. But if you have the patience, just catch all of them and in about half an hour, they'll spawn again. Remember, it has to be time spent in the game, you can't just turn it off and expect the frogs to respawn.

The frogs respawn everytime, but it's faster if you leave a male and a female. A golden frog helps, too. It takes so long and then you fight Quale. Has 65535 HP, but really easy!!

That's a lot! But Steiner's is impossible. It's the Excalibur II. But the Ragnarok is his second most powerful, I have that. So Steiner's Garnet's Zidane's and Freya's you all need to use a Chocobo or dig up a certain Chocograph. Quina, you have to catch 100 frogs, took me 2 days for them to respawn so I can catch them. It was so annoying!

Oh, to get Gold, you have to dig up all six Chocograph Pieces. Then, look at Chocograph #20 Mist Ocean. That's the one. Also, remember when you get the Blue Narciss Ship? Don't turn Choco to Gold that early, you'll automatically skip a portion of the game!
