I accept your salutations, and also your plea. What's confusing you? The system is quite simple once you know it. It's just multiplication. Quatre vingt dix-neuf: four twenty and nineteen: 99. Soixante dix-huit: sixty and eighteen: 78.

Disapprove. They'll never get enough of the popular vote to affect any lasting change, as everyone sees them as pretty useless. There are some die hard fans, but on the ballot they are seen as the option you pick if you hate everyone else.

So I finally watched that Maddow video. It makes me wonder about the future of your country. The rational many defeated by the irrational few. How people can continue to call Obama the leader of the 'free world' when he presides over a country like yours is strange. Your healthcare system is in enough of a state without religion being involved.
