If you want the Chocobo Feather(2x Exp), then choose the Hardcore play plan. However, it will take 60 battles to get it, and the Casual only gives the Chocobo Down(1.3X Exp). You're better off with the Average, at least until you get the Treasure Hunter play plan...

No, that's an accessory that just boosts Exp gained. Not incredibly useful, besides, the Chocobo Feather is the best one. I assume, then, you're using the Average play plan?
