Nuh-uh, I hate real notepads. xD But the computer one, i type in that for essays and such. =P I don't even use Microsoft Word. I mean, a spellchecker in Notepad would be helpful and all, but even without it, it's so convenient.

I'm not sure, really, but my cousins have a dog that really liked me, so that helped. But then again, maybe I'm not all the way cured. In my childhood, i got dogs chasing me a TON. <.<
