Oh? I really like that Heavy Rain banner you made, though. The puzzly layout of it had me wondering how you even made it to begin with. =3 Took a while before a finally realized it was the same shape with the pictures layered. Oh, I got my PS3 Slim today; the shipment came! =D And my God, the graphics are INSANELY PERFECT! 8D I absolutely love, love, love the game! =D (Not to mention Hope is <3<3<3) ^_~ Not very video games make use of paradigm shift, you know. It really brings a new generation to the series. But it's soo fun to do! xD
I'm not sure when... but I think so. Haha. I use old-basic Elements 2.0. It... has nothing much, really. Hence why most of my banners look pretty plain/dull. xD; Roles/Class/Jobs can be changed during battle, which is pretty neat. So you can change from offence to defence pretty quickly, and you can do it as many times as you like during a battle. It reminds me a little bit like Gambits from XII, but without 'if statements' - you pretty much gain attributes for a certain Role, and during battle select which Role you want to play. I probably made it sound more complicated than it is. Haha, at first I was like "WTH IS THIS?!" but eventually warmed and understood it. xD; Don't procrastinate too much... it's bad for mental health. @_@
Isn't Photoshop CS5 going to released soon, too? I'd love to see the differences and enhancements they added. What do you use? Aww, I like numerical levels. =( That sounds pretty interesting, though. Maybe I should read through my game booklet, since I haven't one that yet, even. xD What aobut like classes/jobs? Oh, you're lucky. My break is the week after next week, but it's only a week long. And that's all the break I'm going to get until late May, when I get out of school. April sucks. >=3 And I'm starting to procrastinate again, too. x3
I'd love CS4 too. We have CS3 at college, and some of us have a few 'dodgy' copies, but I'm not eager to try them out. =( No numerical levels. I wish there was some, because that gives me a little guidance, but I can live without it. Instead, you gain points and level up your attributes for certain roles in the 'Crystarium'. It's quite cool, but I wish there was a way to earn more points... >>; We have Easter break in two weeks. Or three weeks... I can't remember. The break lasts for two weeks, so plenty of time to catch up on work and gaming. xD How's about you? When do you get a break? =3
Thankies~! =D I use Photoshop 7, since I ripped it off of my sister. x3 Still, I think it works well, though I'd love CS4. =) I don't even like the 360, anyway, so I'll not give in! XD Oh, I've heard tons of great things about first experiences. I doubted the game at first, but all theses compliments make me so eager to try it. I'm staring at the game box. xD Are there numerical levels? Haha, new video games are so addicting! xD I remember always disregarding nearly everything else and just focus on playing the game. Do you get a break from college for springtime in England? =3
Your skills are pretty neat! What software are you using? =D That's a shame... but yay for not playing the 360 version! Stay true to your roots. It's a wait worth waiting for. The new battle system is a lot of fun, and keeps you on your toes, and I love the new level up system - it reminds me a little bit of the sphere grid, but so much easier and prettier. ^^ I've been okay, I guess. Just tired, trying to juggle coursework with games. It's so hard to do with FFXIII and Heavy Rain. I recently got inFamous too, so I've not really helped myself on the coursework side of things. But I've got a lot of time off college lately, so it's a little easier. xD
Hahaha, aww, that's nice~. =D I'm doing great, trying some new avatar techniques and lighting. =) Though, something not so great...Can't play FFXIII until soon. <.< I've never found reason to buy a PS3 until now, so I have the game but not the console, because it's sold out virtually everywhere and the next shipment isn't till Thursday. ;_; And I will never play the 360 version. >=3 How are you? ^___^
I keep calling Hope 'Fate'. xD; How're you? ^^
Haha, they know what they're doing, then. xD Still, the majority of them (if not all of them) are gamers, so the gamer - gamer relationship automatically gives off that cheery vibe. But really, though, I just walk in, tell them the name of the game I want, and whatever it is they have info. Nope, it's more than reasonable. xD I'm just lazy. Hahaha, finish in twenty minutes, actually, but I didn't feel like doing the work at all. xD
Game stores over here have a cheery atmosphere. Everyone behind the counters seems in a good mood, and they're always friendly. Also, they know what they're talking about when it comes to games, but I think half of that is down to just getting the customers to buy something. xD; Three weeks isn't so bad then. xD If you put your mind to it, you could get it finished in a week and not worry about it.
If I was your age, I'd settle for any part-time job, too. I just want the money. ^ ^; Although, working in a game store does seem pretty nice. I swear, half the time, those guys that I see inside are playing video games on their little T.V. Actually, the deadline has been set for three weeks now. xD I sometimes get more than two hours, but those are annoying ones. Though, seven hours, I could go without. Honestly, though, some of the kids just one grade above mine sometimes gets about ten hours of homework once in a while. <.< I think I just have a lot to do now because...I save them up.
That sounds pretty good, yeah. Well, at the moment I'm looking for work anywhere. It's so hard right now because no one is hiring. I don't mind getting an office job, seeing as that's the direction I appear to be going in, but retail seems fine for now (I was thinking like a media store like GAME or HMV). Owie at deadlines. x__x Hahaha, two hours is nothing compared to what you'll face when you're older. Depending on the person, seven hours a day to get an assignment finished could be a possibility... well, I leave my assignments until the last minute sometimes, so that's the case. But if you work two hours an evening, it'll get done quicker and without the stress because you're pacing yourself. ^^
I've got one of those book stores with a little cafe inside, too! But that's too bad that it got closed. Does anything else interest you? I think my sister got a job (she's 18, too) somewhere that's not a store, i don't think. She told me she gets like 11 USD an hour. That's pretty good. Honestly, anything that takes me more than two hours to get finished is considered too much work for me. xD I can't imagine how I'll bear later in life. That's just it, though. I don't know when to stop. Even as I'm typing this, I have something to submit online that i haven't even started yet, and it's due in less than two hours.
Yeah, I know! Unfortunately, one of the places I wouldn't have minded working in got shut down because the company went bust. It was a book store with a lovely little cafe, and it's gone. D= But I have more of a choice now. =D That's a strange way of looking at it, but I think I understand. I'm just not enjoying college at the moment because of the workload. ;-; Slacking is baaaaaaad. I've been there and done that. Slacking a little is good to help you relax, but as long as you know when to stop. =)
Remember how you told me you wanted to get a job but not many people would want to hire you because you're not eighteen? Well, you're eighteen now! =D But January~February are unbearable to my mind in school. See, before the months, I can think back to summer, and come March, I can look forward summer. But I'm in between now. =/ School's going decent for me, though. Maybe not all my grades (because I'm starting to slack off a lot), but at least I'm not as bored anymore. =D
