The best way to fight a battle is to be on both sides, not just one. It confuses the opponent, and you can never lose, because whichever side comes out the winner, you're a part of that side. It might seem a little bit hypocritical, but I see it as a genius plan.
If he doesn't, then he's obviously selling something. I don't exactly know what that means, but that's what I'm going with.
