I have no clue, but there is a single way to get the Fell Contract.

no! that's the ONLY way to get it!

I think you need to have Nino talk to Jaffar in the chapter where they rebel against the Black Fangs. That should unlock the bonus chapter where you need to defeat Sonia to obtain the Fell Contract.

unless you cheat, that's gotten at chapter 30. That's near the end...
