I've never played Blue Sphere. Star Ocean and First Departure are the same, just different stuff. 3, Director's Cut, and Till the End of Time are the same, just different stuff. Second Story and Second Evolution are the same, just different stuff. The Last Hope if the new 4th one.

Star Ocean is for PSX Star Ocean: Second Story is for PS Star Ocean: Blue Sphere is for GBC Star Ocean 3 Director's Cut is for PS2 Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is for Ps2 Star Ocean: First Departure is for PSP Star Ocean: Second Evolution is for PSP Star Ocean: The Last Hope is for XBOX360 Hope that helps! There aren't any for Nintendo DS, though!^^
