Very good point... well, maybe some people do bleed a little bit after having vaccines, and the nurse didn't want the blood to show through your top?

Maybe its not to stop bleeding, but to stop something from getting inside it and causing an infection?

I tend to make up stories too - that often helps me drift off. =]
