Yeah, that is one addictive game. I get into bouts where I'm a sim-aholic too, but I don't have any of the expansions, so it doesn't last as long as when I first got Sims 3.

I actually check Amy's Twitter updates daily to see how they are in their progress on the new album. xD Have you heard Amy's piano solo video? It's beautiful. Amy's confirmed that it's a heavy album, though, so I can't wait!
