My hair always comes out especially when i shower. I wouldnt worry about it unless its coming out in really big clumps. Its usually a vitamin defficency. I take these vitaminds that are for your hair skin and nails that seems to help.I shed alot but i do have thick hair so i think thats part of it. But if its coming out in huge clumps go see your doctor!

Yea when i first started the forum me and him were tff husband and wife,actually when he first started he joined like a year after me i think,and he was nice to me then all of a sudden he stopped talking to me and such and now hes being a jerk...i just dont get it...and you're welcome for the comment!
