Yeah, weapons and items that can impede a person's freedom are banned for the average person here. Though farmers can get licenses for guns, bikies can buy/steal them and that's why most of them have shotguns/rifles here rather than handguns.

Someone gets the better toys!
As it is, so far my only fun toy is a 5 cell Mag-Lite, though later I could get a license for handcuffs/baton and then later on after that a trained dog or a gun.

I always preferred the cut tape on edges, just yank on one of the cardboard flaps method. Clean and fast.
