Cuz before he dies he's attacked by thousands of soldiers and helicopters he is slowly being killed while you play him an inch from dying as the battle goes on you can't die but the dmw is deleting all of the characters on it(his lfe is flashing before his eyes and he's so close to dying he's forgetting everything but aerith) he can't even hold up the buster sword he has to drag it but all he's thinking about is aerith as he's being killed and it's heartwrenching that you have to play as that
