Nuh-uh. =D I can guarantee you that even if you max out the entire Stage 10 Crystarium, you'd still get crushed in five seconds flat with no healing. =D

Well, you need to complete Mission 3 first, which I'd say you already have, since it's in the beginning? But after that, go back to the place where you fought Alexander and go go to the other fork instead to get t the Yaschas Massif (or something spelled like that). Keep walking till you get to some ruins and Mission 7 is there. And just for reference: CLICKIE! Naw, you'll neeeed healing a LOT. Trust me. ^_~
Where's mission 7? (What chapter) and I don't really need heal to be honest the fight is usually over before Fang gets to half hp.
I never did find much use for Sazh. =3 I farmed Mission 7 for three pairs of Sprint Shoes, which give Auto-Haste to start with; that did me well until Hope was actually able to learn Haste. =D Who heals in your party? =S
At the moment Sazh for haste Lightning and Fang I'll be using Hope in chapter 12 though instead of Sazh =3
