Depends on what style you get. Some taste like grape while some others taste like wood, then there are the freaks of nature that don't taste like either of the two. You can usually get them in a variaty of flavors ranging from super sweet to super bitter and white to red. I am not a fan of the wood fermited wines, everyonce in a while I can stomach them though.
