No, I find it and it has a grey padlock on it. When I go to press it, it says that it's security settings aren't compatible with the NDS. I've gathered that I have to change my security settings by disabling the SPI firewall. But, I can't get into my modem's settings because I don't have the username or password. It's supposed to be default which is Admin and password but that doesn't work... ='(

Can I talk the internet through to you? I'll resume our conversation in a few moments but I'm about to burst. Right, so I've figured out that it's the modem. I have a Netgear and it's WGR614V6. Do you have an idea about what that means? xD
