Nah, it wasn't too bad. Did a bit of exploring and saw the cucco chicks at the ranch, and thought it would be cute to round 'em up.

in the start of this game you got 4 different types of characters to choose from and each have different strengths, you also get to choose hair color for them too.
Yeah, I read in the comments on the vid you linked that there was separate levels rather than an open world to explore, but I've played games like that and enjoyed them alright.
this title is a dungeon crawler type of game, are you cool with that? i sure don't mind it and plus you get plenty of side quests to do for all the dungeons.
I have that problem too. There's a couple of games that I can co-op, but I don't know anyone that has a copy, or would even be interested in playing. And I like action RPGs, so I probably would like it.
they all share a similar story with the mana tree and the mana sword but each one is portrayed differently. its like the FF series, they all have similar stuff but the story is different for each game. Also, just about all the mana games (except the horrible heroes of mana) is action rpg. Did the gameplay look like something that would hook you into playing for mindless hours? this title has 4 player wireless co-op play but i don't have any friends nearby that have this game as well so i'm on my own.
The vid was kind of short, but I got the idea of how it played. Are all the Mana games pretty much in the same universe, or no?

Yeah. I watch his vids pretty much as soon as he gets them up on the site. The Free Willy one was rather short though... Only 14 or 15 minutes. His vids usually go on to about 20, but I suppose there's not a lot one can say about a story that's been done over and over and over again.
have you seen any of the nostalgia critic reviews lately? just watched his one on free willy and it made me laugh, i also recently watched the one he did on the care bears movie.
