You got a lot of Police Departments, but I also remember when I played Sim City a long time ago, the people on the Board of Commerce would always gripe at me for not having enough police force. I like it. It'll be really interesting to watch your city grow and flourish.

well i'm glad i was able to be of some help, i started my city thing and it already failed >< haha. i ran out of money so i couldn't pay for transit, residential area, police and fire funds lol. i'm gonna restart it and see if i can do this right.
That gazebo idea sounds nice, but the yard is too small for a pool. Sprinklers are going to go on the side of the house, once my sims move in and plant the garden. Sprinklers make it to where my sims don't have to water the plants. Game room seems like a nice idea for the attic, since I don't have any plans for that room yet. Thanks for the input! I'll try it out when I run the game again.
well to start off, i think your back and front yard are missing something. Maybe you can add a nice swimming pool in the backyard and add some sprinklers in the front. as for your 2 bedrooms, you could do something like make a game room for one of them having a billiard table and a dartboard and whatever else you think would fit well in a game room. For the master bedroom, you could put in some exotic styled furniture and make it look all fancy. This just popped into my mind, you should build a patio for the backyard and, if possible, (not sure its in the game, but if it is) a nice gazebo would look good. EDIT: so did my suggestion help? you got me wanting to play games like sim city now lol. i'm building a city called nexus.
The brown and tan sounds promising for the master bedroom, and I'll probably add in some burnt orange just for a pop of color. Black and sky blue could do well in the smaller bedroom too! And sure. If you got any tips, I'll be glad to hear 'em.
Ohhh, ok thanks for clarifying. so for color ideas, this comes to mind, how about a red color with like a purple touch to it? and another color combo that i can come up is black and sky blue. and the other combinations i have are: brown and scarlet, brown and tan. and thats about it. do you still want the decorating ideas? i could do better with those in comparison to wall colors haha.
No, just the 2 bedrooms, the hallways and the attic. I'm finished with the other ones. And really, I'm just looking for neat color ideas. I may try that burgundy and blue color combo that you mentioned when I asked about our dining room, though I'm not sure which room will get that.

Pretty much just those rooms that I mentioned, because all the other places are furnished and decorated already. And VMs are fine.
