Yeah, like i said, its the level grinding that allows me to work faster. I don't really care for mallow that much, hes a good fighter but i left him there because he levels as high as mario. Geno is my favorite because hes cool and a powerhouse with his specials. Do you ever spend mindless hours just leveling? as in like you level way more than necessary?
from a glitch i saw in the game, apparently you can bypass the mack fight in the mushroom kingdom. i'm thinking about trying that if i play this game through again. i'm edging closer to the end of the game, i'm supposed to go to bean valley mario and mallow are level 26 and geno is like level 23. I think thats going to be my final party as i haven't used bowser or toadstool at all.
I had a bad save battery on my Super Mario 64 game. I remember switching on the game after a while of not playing and everything was gone. I think it only did that after months of not being in use, because I only seen it happen the one time. And nah, I'm not really into watching stuff like that, so I don't seek it out.
I only meant as in just beating the game. This would be my first time ever beating it with NO DEATHS if i keep up with that grinding. I remember a game I played the hell out of and it had a bad save battery. That was Ocarina of Time. I remember having to restart 10+ times over every time i stopped playing and go to play again, the file wouldn't keep which also explains why i can get through the dungeons really fast. (i know that was a random change of game topic hahaha). Back on topic, have you ever seen any hacks and glitches on Mario RPG people put up on youtube?
I played the hell out of that game when I was younger, so I can't even begin to estimate a guess as to how many times I beat it. Now if you mean completed it as in "get and do everything there is to do in the game", then I would say that I haven't done that at all yet. Some of the stuff in the game even I didn't have the patience for.
New topic: I want to ask a better question than that previous one. How many times have you completed SMRPG? i'm sure it was more than once.
I have played that, but I didn't get far. It was one of my little cousins' games, and I only played it for a little bit before I gave it back. Seemed pretty decent, but it was a lot more challenging that I expected it to be...or at least it was from what I remember of it.
yeah i think its because i spend as much time leveling as i do story advancing. I have 2 level 17 characters and 1 level 12 character and i read that the max level amount is 30 so um... i'm probably like the juggernaut in the way of fighting. Have you, by any chance, ever played Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga? if not that but at least one of the mario and luigi games out there?
Meh. I'm used to it, so I don't really care. And it sounds like you're moving right along in the game. You could probably have it finished pretty darn quickly at the rate you're going.
Darn that really sucks that you don't have any real life friends to share your interest with. I know how it is when I talk to other people about a game or some sort of movie or show i've watched and its all foreign language to them >.< and yeah i think i'll leave it to boshi . Just nabbed star #3, hows that for progress? my favorite special attack so far in the game is Geno Whirl for obvious reasons.
Aww... You're going to let Boshi just keep hogging the races for himself? What about all the other Yoshis that want to race too? And no... I don't have any irl friends that are gamers, so I don't really talk to them about it.
yeah i listened to the beat of the music, i just can't keep yoshi going at a decent pace so i'm just going to skip that for the rest of the game. once was enough for me, thanks for the tip though. EDIT: I've been telling my friends about the game and i'm already finding people who showed interest in it haha. Didn't know it was THAT good. Has that happened to you where you tell other people about the game and you quickly get someone interested?
Do you listen to the beat of the music? You alternate between the two buttons that make you go, and you have to do it in time with the beat. The cookies help too, but you probably already knew that. It takes practice, but I'm sure you'll beat it.
oh, haha. well thats ok if you don't know. i did take out the boss in 3-4 rounds (maybe 5). One thing i really don't understand about the game is that yoshi race, i've never been able to win once.
Honestly, I have no idea. If you don't have any problems with the enemies, then I say you're doing just fine.
