Rocco! It's been a while. Though, it's been a while for everyone here, actually. I've been a little occupied. Anyway! As far as I know, the recipe is shareable. The only catch is you need some cold weather to make it (haha or perhaps you could stick your pan in the freezer to do this, I haven't tried). It has a lot to do with timing, too. You have to cook it the right amount of time (there isn't really a set time, it's sort of an instinct thing) and then immediately take it outside into cold dry weather and whip some air through it. And then you time that about right so that when you pour it onto a pan, it sets nicely and doesn't ooze everywhere or harden before you can get it all out. But if that sounds like a challenge you'd like to take on, I'll hand over the recipe as soon as I dig it out. Of course, not all fudge recipes involve all that; this one is pretty old fashioned. But it's always been worth it.
