But with blizzard frezzing you, you are wide open for my Hail, Ice beam combo.

Hmm I would disagree there, Delibird being a ICE type, has a major advantage over A psychic type. Your thunderbolt would do but regular damage to me, then I can give you a blizzard, which would do 25% more damage to you then and other move.
