I was impressed with the one shotting, not annoyed. "One day, I'll fight like that... *determined pose*" xD; Four people sounds like much more fun, and might make some of the harder earlier quests easier (depending on how far DragonHeart is able to get). ^^

I think I have seven S Ranks now. I'm going to try and solo a few more of the lower ones before Sunday (Boot Camp solo is harder than it sounds, and I can one shot everything >>; ), and maybe get Vicky to help if she feels like it.

Awesome! Looking even more forward to it now. I also wonder if you can edit your character that you can port over from WKC, and if you can change their name? I felt so tall and big boned the other day when I played compared to you and Vicky - I was trying to go for the long legs, sexy character, but it didn't quite work - and my name doesn't work either. xD;; I'm not willing to pay for the pass just to change minor things. =/

It's silly, but it plays on my mind. xD;

How many S Ranks have you got? I was wondering if we could get some more S Ranks under our belts next time on other quests? I've unlocked a bunch since Sunday.

Oh, and I got to Sinca and bought the Silver Plate Armour. xP But I prefer the Scouts Armour - it's green. D=

I'm available all the time. The weekend sounds good, so I have some time to get levelled at such. I'm level 19 at the moment, and I think I can maybe add ten more levels, if not more, before we play. I've been playing for just over twelve hours, and I'm already doing better than my other character haha.

How long do you think it'll take to get to level 36? I think I could probably make it if I do some serious grinding, which is pretty much the plan for now anyway. I want items too.

Oh, I didn't know that. I was following a guide, and I must have read it wrong. But yeah, that makes complete sense. xD

I'm someone who just ends up keeping everything in games like this anyway, so I'll have loads of items for synthesis. At least, I hope I will... someone I know on the same forum with the guide is always playing WKC, but that doesn't seem to be long enough to get enough items. D=

I'm going to have to look into some towns then, haha. I'll remember to check them out. ^^

I collected loads of upgrade items with my first character in the game too. Mostly level 1 items, and perhaps one or two level 2 items. Even my new character has a few. I was almost going to upgrade her weapon, but realised it would be better to wait for a better weapon to upgrade so that I don't waste upgrade items.

A thing with the items in the game is that I get so tempted to sell some of them - like unneeded weapons or armour, but that'll prevent/decrease chances of the equipment collection trophies. I don't know why you have to collect to much for it. ><

I'll continue to collect items then. I'm definitely going to focus on the online areas this time around - I didn't know that the online part was so popular. I'd read a review shortly after I'd bought the game which pretty much downgraded the whole online part.

I don't even remember having a weapon drop for me, but I'm pretty sure I've had one or two. I never really got into the upgrading weapons thing, and found that I didn't really need to upgrade - the base weapons seemed to do just fine, so I think the upgrading weapons thing is mainly for online play - I'm assuming monsters are much tougher online. xD

I didn't know online would be so complicated... then again, I only used it three times. I was pretty good with collecting items throughout the story - most of my time was spent running over to glittering objects and spamming the cross button, ha. Even online with Vicky, I was in a huge debate on whether to follow her or stop by the rock formation or flowers for items. xD;

But yeah, that weapon situation sucks. So do you find/get more weapons when you play online, or do you get the better weapons via upgrades?

It's possible to beat Demon's Souls in an hour? Heh... I spent over an hour on the first level. What can I say, it's a pretty scary game to keep messing up on. xD; Playing through a game more than once isn't a huge problem for me if I liked it enough the first time. I always find or discover something new on later playthroughs, which keeps the game alive a little longer.

I'd love to have my own Knight for my character too. I can imagine it making online a little easier, especially on solo missions, and a tad more personal. ^^

Heh, it's definitely one game which I'll not bother getting the trophies for. I think I'd have better luck on Demon's Souls when I get back to that title. Maybe I'll change my mind later on when I get more involved in the online areas, and as the second game approaches. Really not looking forward to the GR and S Ranking Missions ones. x.x

Ahh, so a bit of say... four skills isn't all that bad? I guess with rebirths and finishing up to fifty on my character won't be too bad then. You have more or less what I've started. xD;

My first character had points going everywhere. I wasn't aware of the level cap or that you had to have a rough idea on what you wanted your character to specialise in. ^^;

I've had a really hard time deciding what I want my new character to have. I was doing very well with the Sword Skills, and it was by far my favourite on my last character, but now I'm thinking about going with either Longswords or Axes. Also going to be working on the Divine Magic because that really came in handy when me and Vicky played online.

Still unsure on the weapons though... which would you recommend?

I'm sure Vicky can catch up quickly. I know that the second I was strong enough to take on trolls and fell them in a few minutes, I was going up a good few levels an hour, and had loads of money for decent equipment. So it might not be too bad. We may have to conveniently hide her other games for a while though... xD

I was thinking about starting again because I messed up spending points on my character because I didn't know what I wanted her to be. Also, I forgot most of the story, heh. But I still have my old character until I have a new, online-ready character.
