Sadly i don't know hoe, But the closest system to Action Fighting is M.U.G.E.N, You have to look on your own, Seeking inspiration like me.

You know what Alther... I got an good idea, We could make TWO versions of the upcoming game, One RPG Edition, Thats created by me, And an Action Edition with live moments and all, Just like an action game, You can be THAT creator, I'd gladly play an Action version as well.

I like it. You edited textures, eh? The closest effect I can do like this in GIMP would be to "Oilify" it. Is that about the same thing you did, or was there more to it? And Seph raises a very good question! What does a beast know?
