Also, the prison thing. Your response is exactly what I thought you'd say, and I do agree that our prison system does not work. However, I'm torn on the issue of how someone who is deliberately responsible for 93 deaths can be "restored". I like the idea of a more restorative prison system, and I think its been proven successful, but this is a little much for me.
