Hmm, I think you need a smaller image. =O The scrollbar makes it icky. The marqueed text doesn't do much for me and the quality isn't great either.

Sorry, but I don't like Doctor Who . But the sig itself is pretty groovy. It's cool how you made Cathrine Tate and David Tennant stand out from the rest of the sig with the glow. Oh, and that Goblin-ey thingy dude next to David Tennant made me giggle. =P
