I'm not really liking the gray background. I usually prefer avatars that have a greater height than width, but it's okay. I would say it is a 7/10.

EDIT:

The pose of the character is interesting too. Especially the umbrella with the absence of any visible rain, but that could be for the sun. *shrugs*

She's actually trying to block her view of the sky... It would make sense if you watched it.
