Post Limitations Changed

Given that the 30 character minimum ended up applying to every facet of the forum instead of just posts as it was meant to, and we haven't really enforced the "rule" of the 30 characters, I put that business to a vote a week ago. Yeah. Nobody argued otherwise. That said, here's what changed:

• Minimum characters per post/blog/comment/etc is now 1. PLEASE don't just run around abusing that. I expect a small amount of tact.
• Maximum images per post raised from 5 to 7.
• Maximum video links per post raised from 1 to 3.

Yes, I do pay attention when you guys complain at random in your posts.

As long as I can still complain at random about things in way more than 30 characters, I am fine with this.
