While the only tv show I watch is LOST, I can say I've experimented with others. Instead of just saying the worst tv show, I'll point out the worst tv show that everyone seems to like. That show? Heroes.

It's really stupid, actually. None of the characters are likeable if you ask me, the script is crap, and hell, I couldn't even go through two episodes without nearly going to sleep.
