The Real Ghostbusters!

Does anyone remember The Real Ghostbusters? It used to be my favorite cartoon, and then it completely slipped off of my radar. A few weeks ago I found out that it's been released for the first time on DVD! Season 1 just came out and I picked it up the other day.

It's awesome! The episodes all have introductions by random cast/crew from the show, which gives a bit of a behind the scenes info about the show. There are also some commentaries, a "making of"documentary, and a lot of other cool stuff.

Can't wait for volume 2!

I saw it the other day and almost got it.I love Ghostbusters so I need to get that soon.I dont remember much about it but I know I liked it.

I miss that show. I watched it alot growing up but had forgot about it until I heard there was talks of making the game and the possibility of another movie. Well seeing we are getting neither (last I heard) I think it is great they brought back the cartoon.

I will have to pick it up when and if I ever get any spare cash built up.

Where've you been, Meier? The new game (aka the third movie) has been out for a while now. =\

The voice actors are the original Ghostbusters cast. I'm not kidding. Hell, even Akroyd wrote the story for the game.

Been under a rock or something I guess, I read a few months back that they had stoped production on it and stopped keeping up with it. Damn. Way to make me feel like and idiot haha!

Well then there is 2 bits of good news for me in one thread! I am suprised there was not an update thread here at TFF for the game. Then again there are alot of games that don't get the threads they deserve.

Hummm for some reason i thought you ment the other Ghostbusters cartoon, the one where they replaced Winstons character with an Ape, in retrospect i dont think they will ever bring that one back, due to the blatant racism.
