LOL, I just had to ask anyone about it as i watched it on the TV just now, In my case... YES... He IS many things, Awesome, Random, Funny and Epic.
But the question is...
What do you think about THIS man??
Yes he is!
No he isn't!
No, I don't know him.
This is a worthless question!

My Reaction of People That Points The Obvious
This is my Daily Day in 2FortMy TFF Family:
Hahaha. I hear about Mr. Bean everywhere now. The hell happened?
I myself do not mind watching some Mr. Bean when I see it on TV, be it in the flesh or the cartoon. I've always been amused by him.
That being said, I actually haven't seen anything Mr. Bean related in ages. I must rectify that.
Argh. I can't stand him. I honestly don't see what's so funny about him. I see a guy with severe mental and speech issues, who looks a little like a pervert, doing weird shit and messing everything up. *shudder*
For some reason, when I watch him on television (whether real or cartoon), I can't help but feel sick or get a headache. Even just looking at that picture... x__X
Loved the original TV eps but the movies didn't strike me as being as good even if they were still quite funny in parts.
I liked the cartoon a bit when I was younger, but now not even references to things in the show can keep me too interested.

I've seen Mr. Beans Holiday, I didn't mean to watch it but I saw it in a preview when I went to see another movie, and later one day when I was flipping through the movie channels I started watching it. Very entertaining lol
Never seen him on his actual tv show though.

Personally I think he was way funnier as Sir Edmund in a show called Blackadder, but then again I find Mr. Beans humor to be more for kids.

He's always amused me.
Last year I had a teacher that looked just like him, but with glasses. Made me laugh all the time.
Lover I don't play to win, but for the thrill until I'm spent.
I know little about the man. I saw a commercial with him in it, about a movie called "Mr.Bean's Holiday", and I freaked when I saw his face. On the other hand, my brother, who was watching TV, thought this guy was funny and wanted to watch it. We never did, of course.
The eyes are so creepy. I can feel some kind of evil coming from it.
.....And I also stole that cupcake.

There was a cartoon?
I saw Rowan Atkinson performing stand up comedy and thought he was great. Mr. Bean was always funny as a child, but doesn't have that same appeal anymore.
Frank Jaeger - "A cornered fox is more dangerous than a jackal."
The television episodes are great. All of them make me laugh.
I watched both movies. The first movie, in which Mr Bean goes to America, is great. Lots of disasters happen in the movie but at least everything ends up fine. The second movie wasn't so good in my opinion. Mr Bean goes to France on holiday. This movie isn't as funny as the previous one. There are simply a lot of exaggerations.
SPOILER!!:
yeea - definitelyI grew up with the tv show of mr bean
rowan atkinson is amazing in black adder too xD
Wishes aren't enough, prayers either ... I'm making a promise ...
