And I love those movies, so I'm going to see this so hard.
So, it seems that this years major monster movie isn't going to be about snakes on planes or trains or automobiles. No, this year we have MEGA SHARK vs. GIANT OCTOPUS. The movie debuts May 19th, and I'm seriously debating seeing it. If only for the "so much fail, it's epic win" factor

The CGI looks terrible, and the film itself looks so cheesy. Not even good cheesy- abismal cheesy! I'm not even going to attempt wasting my currently non-existant money to go see it. I refused to see Snakes on a Plane for the same reason.
I've also heard they're making a new JAWS film too... they really don't know when to stop do they? *facepalm*

Yeah I saw this trailer on someone's Facebook recently and was like "...wuh?!".
If scripts like these sell to major labels, I'm gonna start on that James Bond script, since all books have been made into movies now.
This looks like it was originally one of those 60s Sci-Fi B-Movies who were campy and not too serious, so it wouldn't look totally ridiculous, but just plain entertainment.
They seem to have stripped the movie of all its humor in order to make it into a serious blockbuster.
