It was fun. But I would recommend seeing it with a large audience because it probably wouldn't be as fun as a renter. Unless you made it a big group thing.... see it with people.

And I just... okay...

SPOILER!!:
ALIENS!? Aliens. With crystal skeletons. That are magnetic. Really, Lucas? AND you had to animate a fleshed out alien?

I don't think Lucas's obsession with green screen was something that helped the film.
SPOILER!!:
Remember the car chase in the jungle with the sword fight? That green screen was TERRIBLE. I know you can't actually put actors in the jungle on cars, but oh my good lord, that was... it was so bad. The sword fight was fun to watch, don't get me wrong, but there was still a part of me cringing in my seat.

Haha and there were some lines that you KNEW Lucas probably wrote himself. What was that one line?
SPOILER!!:
Something like, "The Mayan word for 'gold' actually translates into 'treasure.' They treasured knowledge. Knowledge was their treasure." GET IT?!

I'm being very critical. I really did have a good time at the movie and if you can see it with a big rowdy audience like I did, you'll come out with a good experience. If you like that kind of thing, I mean. The movie was entertaining. There were just a few things that I can't help but poke fun at.
