Hmmm so many to list where to start.

Well Sin I must say that some of the titles in your list are a little odd but I do get the humor that you have seen in all of those. Right now I would have to say that 99% of that list I found alot of humor in.

Rat Race
Drop Dead Gorgeous (Hehe... I love the mockumentary format this movie does)
Robin Hood: Men in Tights (Probably one of my most favorite Mel Brooks' films)
History of the World: Part 1 (My other favorite )
Spaceballs (Oh my gosh... How could I have forgot to add that in my list?!?! I feel ashamed... Seriously, I love this movie, and it can still make me laugh even though I've seen it over and over and over again.)
The Big Lebowski (Probably one of the most quotable movies EVER. Not that I do that kind of thing... )
Zoolander (Another movie that I think is highly quotable... Annoy your friends! Quote Zoolander references! More points if you can do the voice. xD)
Hot Shots! Part Duex

Not really sure how Full Metal Jacket places on your list, Sinister. It has been a long time since I watched it, but the parts I do remember, I wouldn't have thought it be a "funny" movie. Eh... Whatever floats your boat.

You didn't watch it right. It also helps if you've drank a fifth of something. But R. Lee Ermy is hilarious in every scene and after he died it's still a tad funny and ironic, until the end. Given, it's definitely what I would consider a dark comedy.

Although, I will add "The Big Lebowski" to my list.

Got to second Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Clerks, and Dumb and Dumber. Though I didn't really laugh at Clerks much-I just liked it a lot-so maybe it shouldn't be? Hm...

EDIT: Though if I'm going to agree with movies that I simply loved rather than ones I thought were funniest ever, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness, and Caddyshack should be agreed with. And I should mention the Blues Brothers, which is another comedy that I love.

Pretty much anything with Jim Carrey in it. He is, in my opinion, the funniest actor ever. Stuff like Ace Ventura, Dumb & Dumber, Lair Liar, The Mask & Bruce Almighty are just priceless
