I just wanted to talk a little about this movie! Has anyone of you seen it? I've seen it in italian and then in english, and it's in both ways great!
I think it's a good movie because it's not vulgar and however is hilarious and sometimes funny!

I've never seen the film. The closest I've come to it, is listening to a band called The Devil Wears Prada; music loved by most all 14-16 year old dolts in my area. Oh, and an episode of The Office where Michael is watching The Devil Wears Prada in 'pieces' when things are 'slow' in the office.

I've heard of both actually: the band and the movie. Personally, I don't care for the band. People have different tastes....

As for the movie, I watched it about a couple months ago. It was raining and there was nothing to do. I recall I was sick so that made my day worse. Out of boredom and illness, I went to my mom's room and she was gonna watch The Devil Wears Prada. Usually, I hate watching these types of movies. I'm more of a horror or action movie person but I did find the movie amusing. I couldn't stand Meryl Streep's character though. The way she treated Hathaway's character throughout the movie pissed me off. But overall it was good.

I thought it was a good movie for the most part. I agree with Fishie on Meryl Streep, but their goal was to make you dislike her character, so s'all is good. Ann Hathaway really annoys me in any movie she makes, I can't stand her stupid expressions. However, I liked the other model who was working for Meryl. She was pretty and her character was more likable later on.

I watched it a few months ago as well. Meryl's character wasn't that bad to me. She was snobbish and pretty jerky, but she just had a lot of attitude. Hathaway's character annoyed me a little bit because of how wish washy she was. She couldn't stand up for herself at first, then somehow moved on to becoming a very mean person like the same people she disliked. Being a hypocrite pissed me off. Streep's character just seemed too cool for anything. Me likes.

Movie was altogether pretty good. I enjoyed it enough. I don't think I'll be renting it or buying it anytime soon though. Just not that wonderful.

i thought it was alright, funny in a few areas. but not something i would rank in my top 30 list. my wife on the other hand loved it and had me go buy it for her so she could watch it again. im not into those kinds of movies but i really dont mind watching them.
