Dead Pool and Green Lantern

I'm not sure if everyone has heard but they are making a dead pool movie and a green lantern movie and Ryan Reynolds is starring in both...

I personally think both of these will be awesome and I can't wait to see...How does everyone else feel about these two movies...

Ryan Reynolds was very funny as Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine so hopefully it will transfer over to the Deadpool movie. As for the Green Lantern movie I am very psyched for it, hopefully it will not dissapoint. Green Lantern is one of my favourite super-heroes and I especially like Hal Jordan. If I am not mistaken is not the Green Lantern movie suppossed to be released next year?

I REALLY want to see a Deadpool movie that has the Merc with the Mouth cracking jokes and breaking the fourth wall, he sort of did it at the after-credits scene in X-Men: Origins so that's a good sign.

I'm not familiar with DC comics but Reynolds is going to have to really make both these characters unique so no one will go, "Hey, Green Lantern is just like Deadpool, what gives?"

Supposedly there's a Jonah Hex movie as well as eventual Thor and Avengers movies also in the works.

After the last Mortal Kombat movie, why would they make a movie about Baraka? He isn't even that popular a character.
