I don't know about you guys, but I think ever movie he's in is pure gold. He makes everything hilarious and can turn the most serious situation into a joke. I love his sense of humor, and I use him as my comedic model.
I jsut saw "I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry" and it was so good. Just watching it made me wish I were gay. (BFGL: Don't read too much into that)

Sorry... But no. I can't stand this guy. I stay away from comedy in general, but alot of his movies to me are just pure crap. They're unthought and full of crude humour.
He probably can act. For people that enjoy that type of movie he's probably quite good. But I don't. This is my point of view. And I wouldn't touch one of his movies with a ten-foot pole. You couldn't pay me to watch them. [....Maybe.]

I like his movies. I'm a fan of comedy movies and yes, I'm even talking about the cheesy ones. Epic Movie, Date Movie, movies like that. I liked little Nicky. It cracked me up and I laugh so hard everytime I see that movie. I haven't seen his latest movie. It looks funny, but I'm gonna wait till it comes out on DVD....
I like Adam Sandler movies. I lmfao when I watch any of them. Adam Sandler makes some of the funniest movies in America.

I love this guy! I have an intense liking for comedians, and Adam is one of them. "Click" is one of my all time favourites.
Adam Sandler is great in my opinion, I love a few of his movies and from the ones I have seen, he is hilarious. Happy Gilmore would have to be my favorite movie by him, I always laugh myself silly whenever I watch it. I must be one of the only people who really liked 'Little Nicky', I really enjoyed that film and thought it was awfully funny. My brother and I went to see it at the cinemas ages ago and we both enjoyed it a lot. Bulletproof was pretty funny as well but it's not really one of my favorites. Billy Madison is good, once again it's not one of my favorites but it's pretty funny overall. Another one I really enjoy is the 'Waterboy'! It's hilarious and there are loads of scenes in it I really like. His mother in the film cracks me up, everybody is the devil to her.
Hah! Waterboy and Happy Gilmore were awesome Adam Sandler movies! Waterboy was so crazy with him and his mother. She went teaching him all about the world and "science" the wrong way. She hated everyone that wanted her son to do anything worth doing.
Big Daddy was really sweet to me too. I love every Adam movie I have ever seen.
One day I will learn from my mistakes of the past, because I always convince myself to go watch the newest Adam Sandler Movie and check it out, and i almost always finish wishing I had not
I did enjoy Happy Gilmore... but after that, I always feel kinda cheated after watching his movies, he just does not do it for me. They are the kind of movies I would watch if my friend owned it and there was nothing else to watch. I just recently saw I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry and it was more of the same thing... just... lacking

I liked Waterboy, but after that, I didn't get into it that much, I always thought Will Ferrell is funnier than Adam Sandler.
I pretty much love all the sandler movies except for that dumb one....ummmm....Punch Drunk Love i think it was. Yea...and another one that i don't like is....i don't know, i can't remember but it was a serious movie.

Adam Sandler movies....
These have cracked me up since I first saw the Waterboy years back. Then it was Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison.
I liked Little Nicky too. I found the satirical look at stereotypical demonifications to be quite funny. Not sure if demonifications is a real word, but I'll use it here as one might use the term personification to describe person-like qualities.
Some were better than others, but I'm yet to see one I didn't enjoy mostly.

So I have a question for the people who don't like Sandler's comedies. Do you like Reign Over Me, or Punch Drunk Love?
Personally, I love Sandler's movies. The only one I wasn't too crazy for was Going Overboard. I haven't seen Spanglish, Reign Over Me, or Chuck and Larry yet.
My favorite is Billy Madison. The best one IMO is Punch Drunk Love. And I distinguish between favorite and best. My favorite movie of all time is Real Men. But I obviously don't think it is the best movie ever. But as far as Sandler's movies go, I really like how he is crazy, a little obnoxious, but all in all a stand up guy who does what is right in the end.
Everybody hates Little Nicky. I love it. The part that cracks me up every time is when Jon Lovitz is in the tree watching the lady change.
It seems like all of my friends only watch stuff with Vince Vaughn, the Wilson brothers, Ben Stiller, and Will Farrell. I think those guys are all very funny. But I'd take Sandler over them any day of the week.

I've seen a few that I can chuckle to, but they kind of bore me a little... My boyfriend likes him, but he's not really my cup of tea.
I wouldn't willingly go to see one of his movies or anything. I wouldn't pay to see any of them, either. Just a little boring, and he plays the same role everytime, almost.

I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry [I believe his most recent film [maybe?]] was okay, but at certain parts it got annoying. I think his older work is better.
Also, when he sings those stupid songs like the Jewish song or whatever, it's really ****ing annoying. I hate hearing him on the radio, and everyone gets a great kick out of him.

The standing exception is Happy Gilmore. I love that movie.
Well yeah I find him very funny I guess, but I think Will Ferrell is better. Talledega Nights is a very underrated film if you ask me IMHO.
But I grew up with Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore and Big Daddy.
I also found Bulletproof to be a very good film.

Adam Sandler is such a funny guy. He always protrays himself as being a sweet nice guy in a really good situatiuon though. I can't wait to see his up coming movie...Dont mess with the Zohan. It looks hilarious. I wonder if he ever gets tired of being the funny nice guy. I would get tired of it, but the money would make me feels a little better.
