Eryk trudged through the silent forest, it was un-nerving. With silence like this it meant that something dangerous was near, or at least that something had spooked the normally vibrant and brass animals that inhabited this forgotten forest. He stopped to stare up at the canopy and the numerous needle like beams that filtered through the dense leaves, and ending up scattered along the uneven forest floor. There was definitely something here, he let himself go, flowing into the form of a half wolf. Smells seemed to erupt around him as his sense of smell increased sharply. He closed his eyes and began to see the world through his nose, yes, there was another, human male, and barely 100 feet away.
'Who would be here in this age' Eryk thought to himself. Already on his way to intercept the strange man, forgetting that he still retained a half form

Ziro was walking through a dense forest. Ziro had long Silver hair with red eye and no puple. He was taned and he had leg, arm, cest, back, neck, and andomanl mucles. On top of that Ziro wore black armor with gold symboles of power on the legs and arms. His sword he slung over his shoulder because he had no sheath for it. He got his sword from his father that passed away in an epic battle tat Ziro watched.

While Ziro was walking he could see a figure in the distance. It looked kind of diformed so Ziro ran fter it to see what was wrong.

Eryk saw the man running towards him and raised his hand in the traditional greeting. He called out, a horrible growling noise that reverbarated around the forest.
'Damn' Eryk cursed remembering that he was still in a half form. Even if he changed back it was unlikely that the man would forget that howl. As the man drew closer Eryk began to make out details, some kind of armour with barely visible symbols embossed on it, colour being impossible to tell with wolf eyes. There was also a sword it was large and heavy, it consumed Eryks thoughts as the man grew ever closer

Ziro reached the deformed peron and sais " Whoa what in the hell happened to you" But then Ziro realized the deformed thing was giving him the look that meant he wanted to kill Ziro so Ziro quickly threw his sword at the back of his opponent.

Eryk leapt to the side as the sword flew past. He wasn't quite fast enough. Sword and shoulder connected throwing Eryk into an uncontrollable spin. He landed heavily, the sword still lodged in his flesh. He grasped the blade and tore it from his body, tossing the bloodied blade as far as he could. Eryk reached down, clawing up some of the mud and grass and applying it to his still bleeding shoulder. It would stop the bleeding for now. He stood up, resting his weight lightly on his toes. Arms lowered and slightly crouched he awaited his opponents next attack.

Ziro knew it was midday but as deep in the forest as they were it did not look like it. It looked as it was midnight. His oppenent landed on the ground bleeding from his arm. The unknown man threw the blad not far from were Ziro stood. It was by one of the biggest mapple trees that Ziro has ever saw. He saw the unknown man crouch and get ready for my next attack.

Ziro stared running towards the sword and as a procousion he ducked and rolled twords it as he had it in his hands he uttered words quitly to himself. "Firaga." Suddenly a blaze of fire soward out of the tip of his sword headed straight towards the the unknown person.

The fire was so hot and Bright that Ziro turned his head as to protect his eyes from the brightness. Ziro knew that if his attack missed that it would most likely hit the tree behind the unknown man and start a forest fire.

Eryk saw the fire soaring towards him.
"The forest..." he whispered. Flight was not an option, he would not allow the forest to be destroyed. This fool was forcing his hand. His hand reached for the totems hanging from his neck. His fingers brushed against the one he wanted. Gripping tightly he yanked it off. He streached his arm out palm first, holding the totem with his ring finger.
"Belyn, hear my call and honour our pact." He shouted. The flame struck, hitting his palm and engulfing his arm. It imploded, drawing itself inward. Eryk smiled, his arm a sea of flickering flames, the flesh no longer there. He clenched his fist, the flames growing in intensity. Where had that fool gone

Ziro only used his attack to get away from his opponent and hide in one of the higher trees. He had watched wht had just happened and was not so surprised that his opponent was this strong. (Now what to do I have almost wasted half of my mana the bleeding in his arm had stopped but that still took quite abit out of Ziro. I...I have no idea on what to do anymore made I should try another magic attack and if that does not work than I will go hand to hand with him and his flameing arm.)

Ziro jumped down from the tree right behind his opponent and lifted his sword at him. Right brfore he made a last attempte with his magic every thing seemed to slow down. THe wwind got slower and the grass almost stoped moveing, the leaves that were falling from the trees seemed to stay still. But as Ziro uttered some words time seemed to speed up. "Firaga."

As he said those words his opponent qickly urned around and if he was right and his opponent dodged his attack than the forest willl burn and give Ziro some what of an advantage.

"Idiot" Eryk muttered drawing the fire once again into his arm. The fool obviously didn't realize what he'd just done. He was attacking fire with more fire, that was all his arm was now.The arm of an elemental. A being bound together by the will of the planet, and given conciousness by its all-encompassing love. He had met many, and been given the planets blessings. He had been coupled with Belyn, among others, to receive an elementals power.

This man was willing to destroy this beautiful forest merely to win a fight the fool had started. He refused to let this travesty continue. Raising his lupine head to the sky he howled. He flared his nose, drawing in the sweet smells of the forest. Blossoming flowers and the sweet sticky smell of honey danced delicately on the wind, but he needed something else. The mans scent was scattered around the clearing, but it was more than bold enough for Eryk to trail it. He drew his lips back to reveal sharp white teeth. The hunt was on

Ziro watched as his opponent absobed the fire attack that he has just used. A few seconds of standing still from being stunned he tured aroud and started to run. He had to come up with a battle plan fast or he would die from this guy. "What should I do. I have to think of something." Ziro turned his head to see if his enemy was comeing after him but the only thing he could see was a black figure far in the distance. "It must be him. Alright I got it."

Ziro quickly ran and jumped into the bushes that were abut two feet from the tree he was standeing by. He rustled around in the bushes until he was at is ambush position and til he could she him threw a peek hole in the bush. He held his sword straight up so that it was right in the middle of his facce.

A breeze started to pick up and that breeze carried the scent of that guy to Ziro He was only few yards from were he was but the wierd thng about that is that he could not see him yet. [were is he he must of figured out my plan. NO! He couldn''t of have. He did not know were I was or hat I was planning to do. God I have to stop getting nervouse.

Eryk sat watching his prey from above. It always amazed him how few people looked up, expecting such a simple pursuit along the ground. Even when they didn't know the extent of their foes abilities. The man was like a cornered animal hiding in the bushes, pining all his hopes to a single act of desperation. But even cornered animals can be dangerous. Eryk was never one to underestimate. He made no sound as he jumped from the tree, and accompanied by silence he fell. His attack would be swift and bloody. Biting and tearing at the man as he landed on him
