Thunder-Elemetal Swordsman

Weapon: Masamune
A long sword, capable of attacks of blinding speed.

Thundara (Powerful Thunder Magic Attack)
Libra (Scans HP attributes, Magic, ETC...)
Drain (Drains HP from target)
Osmose (Drains MP from target)
Bio (Poisons target)

Tatakau Mono Tachi no Rai
(Rapid-Fire Magical Swordstrikes)

Armor:
Steel Plating Overalls
Capable of preventing magic backfires.
(No Thundara-ing myself, hopefully)

IC:
Drops of rain fell from the sky, breaking the otherwise silent plains. In the midst of all the nothingness, one man stood alone. Rai, the rumored Thunder Swordsman. He wandered the plains, not noticing that the rain was the first water exposure in months. It was more of a temperate desert than plains.
"Why do I even bother? Nobody can survive more than a few hits from me. They are all weak, unintelligent commoners. I need someone who can take a hit. Someone who can actually threaten me. OR AT LEAST SOMEONE WHO KNOWS MAGIC!!!"
Rai yelled to the sky.
"Its no use. I have waited long...for absolutely nothing. Will nobody surpass me?"
Rai whipered, wistfully.

Armor:Millitary gear from a different world.(Protects from bullets but is not really good for much else.)

OOC: I see you. I accept your challenge. Edit away at your character and tell me when you are done.
For now... (Note: I edited my character. It now has more magic and a little more information.)

IC: "Finally. I have waited long for someone. Now it seems like there has been an answer to me pleads."
Rai used Libra, a blue flash ripped across the sky.
"I know who you are now. I have the advantage... A gunner AND a black mage? My, I'll have a bit of trouble with this one."
Rai teased.

[HUNK]

*Uses libra* "So you are rai and you use a masamune."

"I will fight you."

Andrew waited of about half a second and attacked. He jumped over Rai and started to shoot.

"Try and survive if you can!"

The bullets flew past Rai at blinding speed. Rai felt the metal nubs tear across his shoulder. Using focus aquired by practice, Rai dove into the steam of bullets and sliced a magical thunder-swordstike. Rai hoped it worked.

[HUNK]

"Ha it seems i got you."
"Wait what are you doing?!"

Soon the bullets shot at rai came flying back at Andrew. "Oh sh*t"

Andrew jumped but one of the bullets hit him in the leg. "Great, i now have a bullet wound and a crazed swordsman attacking me."
Andrew charged forward and tryed to get Rai for a headshot.

Rai leaped to evade the deadly attack. He flashed out of sight for a split second. When he reappeared, he felt intense pain everywhere around his body. He was injured, but still alive. Still alive meant still fighting further. Rai charged towards Andrew. Rai felt a fire welling inside him.
"You rely on machines for fighting! Those machines will be your downfall!"
Rai yelled.
"Take this!!!"
Rai prepared his blade, and did a thunder elemental stab.

Barley evading the crushing elemental attack Andrew sidestepped and nearly fell forward. The noice of the thunder was enough to make his ears ring and his head hurt.
"You say my wepons will be my down fall....well mabey you would have me fight without them."

Little did the swordsman know that Andrew was once a decent fist fighter but had decided to pickup guns at the same time as magic casting. "I will gladly throw down my wepons if you so choose."

Rai threw his sword to the ground. Confidently, he crouched into an offfensive stance. Thunder roared at his palm. Rai struck rapid palm strikes this way and that, letting statistics and probability blast Andrew to oblivion.

[HUNK]

"So it would seem you are very well trained..."

Andrew was hit directly with a lighting bolt and was about to die. "I guess you are victorious but dont think this is over yet..." Andrew put all his strength into this one last attack.

"I....will..kill...*gasp*..you." Andrew was loosing blood so quickly that he had no time to speek longer. "See you in hell...FLARE!"

The massive explosion was enought to kill Andrew and as it exploded it rapidly set everything ablaze....

Rai knew that although Andrew was weakened, he was also slowly weakening. He yelled what could possibly his last command.
"TATAKAU MONO TACHI NO RAI!!!"
He yelled.
He summoned a thunder sword of pure magic and flashed in and out of existance, though dodging the inferno was futile. He ran towards Andrew, his inner fire ablaze. He struck once, creating a flash of thunder. He struck again, many times, until he could no longer hold in his energy. He sank the sword into the ground and pulled it out. An enourmous column of thunder came out. Rai struck Andrew, sensing his own weakening.
He survived, but was badly injured. His body tingled with the excess magic.

(Hope I'm not god-modding) Seeing no use in pursuing Andrew anymore, he struck himself with lightning and disappeared from sight, leaving the once beautiful plains a blazing wasteland.
