Even if it's a trojan, you can get rid of it. You just have to know what kind of trojan it is and then google it.

Honestly.. didn't we already talk about this before?
Yeah, I have a Trojan! Brother fault, but we're not going into that. Mum is upset, and I need a solution before the Trojan does damage... or my mum gets my brother...
Either way, I need HELP PLEASE!!!
I need to convince my mum that it can be sorted... Its getting to me now...
EDIT: Erm... Anti-virus? Er... Well... We DID have it, but it... Never had an update when it was supposed to years ago... So we fon't have one...

... When lol? I don't remember talking about this... I remember taking about how the sound down't work on my laptop, but not about a Trojan on my home PC... O_o
If you don't have an anti virus, go to Trend Micro HouseCall - Free Online Virus and Spyware Scan - Trend Micro USA and run the free scan.
That'll tell you if you've got a trojan, or any other kind of virus. It's what I tend to use when i think my home anti-virus seems to be acting funny during a scan. (I actually had a trojan that interfered with my anti-virus program)
but yeah, it works really well, I think.

Hey thanks!
Mum bought some Anti-Virus CD yesterday, and uploaded it. We've not seen anything odd yet, so hopefully its gone. Fingers crossed!
Erm... the only problem we had was the wait - because the computer hadn't had an update in years, and the disc wouldn't work until it had been updated up to at least 2007... If that the right way of saying it... It took more or less 6 hours...
