I am in a pickle.

I have changed teh file type icons to these others, does anyone know how to automaticly restor ethe default ones.

Well it depends on what kind of file you are talking about. If it as art document you should be able to "save as" and choose a defult setting, but if it is a prgram that you changed there might be a little more to it. Please be more specific to what you are asking for.

no im ean i have cahnge what teh .mp3 or .doc icon actually look like, but i ccan't be bothered to go through all teh files?

Still need more info. What Operating System are you using? and do you mean, for instance, to make mp3 files have a Windows media icon, instead of a musicmatch jukebox icon and stuff?

Okay, I am not completely sure on what you are actually talking about. But this may help. Follow these steps.

Start > Control Panel > Folder Options.

I don't know what you actually need to do because it wasn't making much sense, but you can find alot of things about file changes and folder changes in there.

apiral was right i used tht to edit them all and i was wondering is tehre a quick way of returning tehm all to default?
