It's already fixed. That's what "recovered successfully" means.

Some games have a habit of tuning your drivers for the specific graphics requirements, i know World of Warcraft did something similar to me when i installed the beta Lich King client. Like Toph said though, according to the message its fixed XD

Yeah, I get that same message everytime I play on my PSX emulator on my laptop. Whenever I'm playing a PSX game on it, the game momentarily freezes up, then my screen flashes and out comes the words "Display Driver has recovered successfully." I don't think my laptop can handle the awesomeness of all the good games on it, thats why! But if anyone knows of a cost-free way to get my display driver to not do that all the time, that would be great. I would actually be able to finish yet another SaGa Frontier quest if this was the case!

Meier: Hey Pete, I said I started to, it just didn't end the with the same number of women. Then again this one is kind of on the outs with me if she doesn't straighten up and fly right so that means I will be back in it for the thrill of the kill. Got some in the reserves. Even got a rePETEr (<---- like that ay? AYYYYY?) on the back burner.

Block: I do like the rePETEr except it kinda makes it sound like you're going to pork Pete. No homo.

Check your requirements by starting Windows Task Manager and add "dxdiag.exe" to the process list. This should display the cpu details. Compare them with WoW requirements. This can also be used to test your Graphics drivers and your sound ones.

Keep your drivers up to date at all times, especially if running an nvidia card.

Blizzard changes things in game constantly, especially with the recent 3.0 patch and the subsequent expansion, the rendering has been changed intensely.
